Stimulus funds are being spent unevenly
john a. powell, director of the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity says the recovery money from the stimulus is being spent unevenly across races. Professor powell also talks about housing policies, the extreme racial aspect of society’s structural organization and Detroit and its broken school system.
